With a combined 21 years in the construction sector, we at LF DevCon have mastered conventional brick-and-mortar building. However, we wanted to offer more to our clients and the homes we build for them. Our goal was to create structures that are stronger, longer-lasting, energy-efficient, and cost-effective.

Drawing inspiration from ancient Romans and their enduring architectural marvels, we focused on one material that has stood the test of time: *concrete*. Over the last 7 years, we’ve meticulously tested and perfected the construction of concrete homes. Our innovative approach involves a 15 MPa no-slump, lightweight, dry batch concrete mix applied using a slip-form technique.
